party grading, in its current stage of development. The main flaw and
the reason that I do not participate in the encapsulation of
numismatic items, is that the grading lacks consistency. If third
party grading were to gain consistency, I would certainly participate
with that program. I
offer any and all of my material on an approval basis to any qualified
purchaser. All that is necessary is to furnish satisfactory
references and the material can be sent to you on approval. That is,
simply, if you like it, then you pay for it. Further to that, as a
member of the Professional Numismatists Guild for over a quarter of a
century, I as do all members of the PNG, offer a fourteen day, no
